Sweetened Condensed Milk (Butter Version)
A keto, sugar-free sweetened condensed milk that rivals the original — a staple for rich, creamy desserts.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3/4 cup SumSweet+ Granular
- 1/4 cup butter (1/2 stick)
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a boil while whisking, then reduce to a simmer.
- Simmer 30 minutes, until reduced by about 3-4 ounces.
- Pour into a heatproof container and cool — it will thicken as it cools.
Notes
Yields about 17 ounces.
