Simple Vanilla Ice Cream
Sugar-free vanilla ice cream that comes together in minutes — mix, freeze, and eat.
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 cups half and half
- 1/2 cup SumSweet+ Granular
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 dash salt
Instructions
- Pour the half-and-half, SumSweet+, salt, and vanilla into a bowl and stir until the SumSweet+ dissolves. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream to soft peaks.
- Stir the chilled half-and-half mixture into the whipped cream.
- Pour the base into a freezer-safe container, cover, and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
