Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Make your own sugar-free semi-sweet chocolate for baking or snacking.
Ingredients
- 3 oz cocoa butter
- 2 1/2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
- 3 1/2 tbsp powdered SumSweet+ Granular
- 1/4 tsp sunflower lecithin
- 1/8 tsp sea salt, powdered
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the cocoa butter and baking chocolate in a double boiler over low heat.
- Stir in the powdered SumSweet+ a little at a time, then the sunflower lecithin and salt. Heat until smooth and dissolved.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour into molds and refrigerate at least 30 minutes, until firm.
Notes
Grind the SumSweet+ and salt in a coffee grinder to powder them, or use SumSweet+ Confectioners.
