Easy Chocolate Mousse
A light, fluffy sugar-free chocolate mousse.
Ingredients
- 3 oz unsweetened dark chocolate, broken into small chunks
- 10 oz whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered SumSweet+ Granular
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Bring about 1 inch of water to a boil in a medium saucepan, then remove from heat. Set a heatproof bowl on top, making sure the base doesn't touch the water.
- Add the chocolate and leave about 5 minutes to melt, stirring occasionally.
- While the chocolate melts, whip the cream with the powdered SumSweet+ and vanilla until soft and fluffy (not too firm).
- Stir the melted chocolate until smooth and fold into the cream.
- Divide between 4 small bowls and refrigerate until ready to serve.
